Thank you for visiting this site, which explains a little about who I am and what I do. Firstly, let me tell you a bit about my background.

I am currently a director of two traditional businesses, Mastervend Ltd and JCG Developments Ltd, and I also now have my internet marketing business.

I started Mastervend about seven years ago, previously working in sales in various companies, after graduating from Trent Polytechnic with an Electrical Engineering degree.

Working in large businesses can be great, with lots of people around, a company car, and what are deemed to be the usual perks! However, after a while, I came to realise that when you are working for someone else, that all they are basically doing is paying you for the time you put in to their business, and the only way you were ever going to really increase your wage was to keep changing companies, and try to climb the corporate ladder. I wasn't going to be stuck in a job I didn't want to be at until I got old, so I took the decision to go out on my own, and become my own boss.

Mastervend is my vending business based around Gloucestershire in England, and continues to give me a nice income to this day. I am the only employee, so no staff problems, the machines work for me 24/7, and don't complain! I go out to service the machines every few weeks, giving me lots of time to do as I please otherwise. The ideal business you may be thinking?

In this free time I started another business, JCG Developments, with a friend, to make the most of the burgeoning property market (at the time!).  We decided that the company would build new properties, which we felt would take the unknown out of the property developing equation. We found the right piece of land, extended the planning on it, and started building our flats and houses. All went well until, the property crash in early 2008, when as we all know, property stopped selling and all finance was duelly removed by the banks, virtually stopping us in our tracks from doing any further developments.

So what could I do to generate another income, and help pay off some of my debt? What I needed was a simple business, with no staff, and something that could work 24/7 generating income? Something that I could do from my home office, that could work in a recession? Make money on the internet?

I thought back to a home study course I had signed up to a few years ago called the Cash on Demand system, and started doing a bit of fresh research on it. It seemed to have all the right credentials that I was looking for, but it didn't really show you how to get started. What products could I use? Which web site do I need? Lots of questions I needed answering to enable me to understand how to get going. But there seemed to be no easy way of finding out.

This had got me thinking though. There must be other systems available in internet marketing, so I started trawling the net again.  I must admit, it did take me a few weeks to actually sign up, as I assumed it would just be another one of the internet scams you get all too used to. But the more research I did, the more confident I became that this could be the business I was really looking for! How right I was!
