Probably the main reason why people initially look for this type of business. I’m sure you have all seen the advertisements offering “£18k a week”, “become an instant millionaire” and similar. Untold wealth is within your grasp! Well, yes it is, but you do have to do something for it. As the old saying goes, if it sounds too good to be true, it probably is! The clue is in the title, it’s a business. And as with any business, if you don’t put the effort in, you’ll get nothing out. But if you treat it seriously, and do a little every day, very soon the rewards start coming your way.

2. Freedom!

How would you rather live your working day?

Up at the crack of dawn, rushed breakfast, into the car for a murderous commute, work all day at the office, back into the car to try and get home in time to see the kids before bed?

Or, get up with the kids, eat breakfast with them, take them off to school, come home and read your emails, type a couple of articles, shoot a little video and update your websites. Then maybe it’s off to the gym, or for a game of your favourite sport. Pick the kids up from school a little later, and perhaps take them to the park? It all sounds too civilised, but this can be the reality of running your own online business.

3. Anyone can do it!

If you can use a computer (which I have to assume you can, as you are reading this!), then you have the ability to set up your own internet business. It really is quite straightforward, so long as you don’t try to re-invent the wheel! If you tie in with a system that gives full training and personal mentoring, it really is no different to starting a new job and having someone there to show you the ropes in the first few weeks.
